What is Kristiania
Kristiania Professional College (KPC/ Fagskolen Kristiania) is part of Kristiania University College, a private educational foundation established in 1914. Guided by the vision that education should be accessible to everyone, Kristiania offers practical and career-oriented vocational programmes in design, communication, technology, innovation, and leadership. Through innovative and student-centred learning, KPC equips students with skills that meet current and future labour market needs. All programmes are developed in close collaboration with industry partners and include practical experience.

Kristiania Professional College (KPC) serves as co-lead, together with Prowork, for Communication and Dissemination activities, ensuring effective outreach, stakeholder engagement, and the sharing of project results across partner countries. KPC is also responsible for the implementation and testing of the Train-the-Trainer programme and for establishing a national Community of Practice in Norway to support knowledge exchange, capacity building, and long-term project sustainability.

Key staff

The KPC team combines experience in managing national and international projects with strong expertise in pedagogy, digital learning, and stakeholder collaboration. Team members have designed and delivered user-centred, practice-oriented training programmes and possess competence in digital education, online course development, and digital transformation. This multidisciplinary expertise enables KPC to contribute effectively to project delivery, training development, dissemination activities, and the successful implementation of project outcomes at both national and international levels.

 

Eirin Horn Aspestrand – National Project Manager (Norway) & Communication and Dissemination Co-Lead

Responsible for coordinating KPC's project activities, partner collaboration, communication and dissemination efforts, and the implementation of project outcomes in Norway.

 

Margret Sævarsdottir – Trainer & Digital Learning Developer

Margret contributes with expertise in training delivery, digital learning design, and the development and testing of the Train-the-Trainer programme.

 

Tobias Liland- Graphic Designer & Visual Communication Specialist

Visual communication, graphic design, and supporting the development of engaging and accessible project materials.
