Role and contribution in this project
Artevelde University of Applied Sciences leads Work Package 1 Project Management and Coordination, ensuring both the strategic and operational management of the DEGREE project. The team is responsible for consortium coordination, governance, quality assurance, risk management, financial monitoring, and fostering effective collaboration across all project partners. The project is coordinated by Marie Gildemyn, supported by Karijn Bonne as co-lead, jointly providing strategic leadership, day-to-day coordination, and partner support throughout the project. Dieter Wullaert plays a key role in the Belgian implementation of DEGREE by translating the jointly developed methodology and learning materials into the Belgian educational context. Drawing on his extensive expertise in entrepreneurship education and educational innovation, he co-leads the Belgian Train-the-Trainer programme and the joint implementation of the Belgian Community of Practice.
Artevelde's dedicated project support office provides professional administrative and financial back-office support, ensuring sound financial management and efficient project administration throughout the project.
