Objectives
Train-the-Trainer
for Effective EE
Strengthen the teaching skills and mindset of educators from HEIs, VETs, and SMEs through a
Train-the-Trainer (TTT)programme. This is done in a Community of Practice, focusing on creating future-proof (green, resilient, digital) entrepreneurial education.
Foster Entrepreneurial Mindsets in Learners
Support HEI/VET students and MSME staff in developing an entrepreneurial mindset through contextualised, hands-on EE training. This aligns with the EntreComp Framework and helps close skill gaps in the labour market.
Create a
Pan-European EE Ecosystem
Establish a sustainable
Community of Practice that connects HEI, VET, and MSME staff across Europe.
This promotes
lifelong and life-wide learning and enables knowledge exchange across sectors and regions.
Shape Policy through EE Design Principles
Develop design principles for EE leadership and policy that help implement effective EE models across the EU. This guides policymakers, educators, and institutions in scaling up entrepreneurial education through collaboration and best practice sharing.
What is DEGREE?
DEGREE is an Erasmus+ Alliances for Education and Enterprises project that boosts the effectiveness of green Entrepreneurial Education in HEIs, VETs, and SMEs.
What sets us apart is our focus on designing for learning through Communities of Practice, where educators and SME experts co-create data-driven, practical solutions. We empower educators to develop impactful, future-proof entrepreneurial curricula.
